Why me
I studied Physical Therapy. My specialty: sports rehabilitation, hybrid training, marathon training, physique competition, body recomposition. Six years coaching across indoor cycling, HIIT, circuit training — and I live what I coach.
I'm also a mom. I advocate for women's strength and recovery postpartum because the standard care isn't enough. Champion female, Century Tuna Superbods 2024.
